MEDITERRANEAN MINIMALISM: TOUR OF A HOUSE IN CYPRUS

The client wanted to build a vacation home in Cyprus that could also be used as a permanent home.

FLOOR PLAN AND DIMENSIONS

As the site is situated on the coast, all of the primary rooms are designed to take advantage of the views. The space is organized to comfortably accommodate three families simultaneously.

The floor plan's openness lets the inside and outside flow together, with the pool serving as an extra living space.

PANORAMIC TOUR

The basic design concept for the living space was to create a house that is both open to nature and sufficiently protected from the elements. The wonderful, high-quality views from the plot are maximized with large windows on the facades.
