合肥少荃体育中心丨中国合肥丨CCDI悉地国际

2020年12月CCDI赢得了合肥少荃体育中心的设计方案竞赛。项目包含A、B两个地块，其中A地块为地铁停车站房上盖建设项目，包含五栋体育配套建筑和上盖室外体育公园，于2024年8月竣工。B地块包含一个甲级大型综合体育馆和一栋体育配套建筑，于2023年9月底全面竣工。

CCDI won the design competition for the Hefei Shaoquan Sports Center in December 2020. The sports center comprises two blocks. Block A is situated above a subway maintenance depot. There are five commercial buildings and an outdoor sports park in Block A, which was completed in August 2024. Block B features a large multi-function arena and an ancillary building, which were completed in September 2023.

少荃体育中心位于安徽省合肥市东北部新站高新区，体育馆地上建筑面积约4.6万㎡，观众座椅数量约9800座，是目前安徽省观众坐席数最多的甲级综合体育馆。体育馆自投入使用以来，已举办了超过100场赛事和演艺活动，得到各方的充分认可，并成功入选2024年中国体育场馆协会国家级典型案例体育馆名单，迈入了标杆体育场馆行列，成为合肥城市体育文化新地标！

The Shaoquan Sports Center locates in Hefei Xinzhan District, in the north-east of Hefei city, Anhui Province. With gross floor area of approximately 46,000 m2 above ground, the arena can accommodate about 9,800 spectators, making it the largest arena in Anhui province until 2025. Since its completion, the arena has hosted over 100 events, including sport games and concerts, earning a good reputation in the region. In 2024, it was ranked in the China Sports Venues Association’s “List of Representative Arena Cases” and has been recognized as one of the iconic buildings in Hefei city.

少荃体育中心体育馆，设计定位为安徽省首座“万人体育馆”。作为少荃湖城市副中心重要的新建筑地标，少荃体育中心项目自方案设计招标到项目竣工一直备受各方期待。体育馆建成后既可以满足多种专业体育赛事项目的正式比赛和训练热身使用需求，也同时兼备日常大众健身和业余训练的使用功能。此外，除体育运动相关功能外，还可以满足演唱会、音乐会、艺术节等多种演艺活动的使用需求。

The Arena of Shaoquan Sport Center is the first 10,000-seat arena in Anhui province. As one of the most significant buildings in the Shaoquan Lake area, the project had attracted widespread attention since the beginning of construction. The arena is designed to host various official sports events and to provide community sports facilities and training spaces for amateur athletes. In addition, it serves as a venue for concerts, shows and other performance activities.

本项目用地紧张，各项规划控制指标也比较严格，所以规划设计最重要的出发点就是如何“集约高效”的规划布局。体育馆和体育配套两个地上功能建筑，采用最高效的矩形平面布置，两者之间通过二层和四层的连廊系统进行连接，两者之间既相对独立又有很好的空间联系，同时二层平台也和西侧地块的地铁上盖之间产生良好的互动关系。并通过极具雕塑感的三角形穿孔铝板幕墙造型，将二层平台和两个建筑有机结合成一个富有力量感的建筑造型。

Given the limited site area and stringent planning controls, how to achieve an integrated and efficient layout was the foremost priority at the beginning of planning and design phase. The arena and the ancillary building both adopt rectangular floor plans, which maximize space efficiency. There are two corridors between the arena and the ancillary building, so that these two separate buildings could connect on the second floor and the fourth floor. And the platform on the second floor of Block B connects with Block A, which is above the subway maintenance deport, and it makes these two blocks work together to form an integrated sport park. The sculptural triangular perforated aluminum panel façade visually unifies the platform with the two buildings, creating a unique and powerful architectural form.

建筑方案设计理念取义“破浪前行”，地上体育馆和全民健身中心建筑形体通过室外平台连接起来，平台采用立面三角幕墙造型连接成一个整体，造型强劲有力棱角分明，宛如一艘正在水中破浪前行的战舰，代表着合肥新站区蓬勃进取的体育精神和奋力前行的发展姿态。建筑立面设计上采用折面的造型，源于对起伏波浪的抽象表达，实现了形体与立面设计相呼应。建筑屋面作为建筑的“第五立面”也沿用了立面设计的语言，采用起伏变化的折面形式，让大面积的屋面层次更加丰富生动。▼建筑效果图，Architectural rendering © CCDI

The concept of the architectural design is inspirated from the imagery of “breaking through the waves”. The arena and the ancillary building are linked by an outdoor platform with triangle façade to form a whole building, resembling a warship breaking through the waves. With clean-cult lines and powerful shape, the design embodies the dynamic sports spirit and progressive development of Xinzhan District. The faceted form of the elevation is derived from the abstraction image of rolling waves. And the design language extends to the roof, which also adopts a similar folded-plane design, enriching the visual rhythm and adding detail to the roof.

建筑立面通过深色玻璃幕墙和白色实体造型区域相结合，形成了轮廓分明的虚实对比，塑造出优雅的建筑形态。立面实体造型区域选用白色穿孔铝板作为主要材料，穿孔铝板立面做了三角形单元细分，通过出挑尺寸的不同，形成了立体折面的变化，并通过对于穿孔铝板穿孔率不同的变化控制，结合不同倾斜角度的单元划分，能在近看时形成更丰富的建筑立面细节，远观时也可以保证出虚实分明的层次效果。此外在两个建筑形体端部和中间连廊入口造型区域采用了仿锈效果铝板，通过颜色的对比，既强化了建筑造型，增加了体育建筑的氛围，也在近人尺度可以感受到立面材料的肌理。在阳光的照射下，整个建筑形体轮廓棱角分明极具力量感，充分展现出了体育建筑的独特气质。阳光透过穿孔铝板，星星点点的照射在室外连廊和地面上，又形成了有着独特光影趣味的室外空间。

The building facade integrates dark glass curtain walls with white solid sculptural elements, creating a clear contrast between solid and void that defines an elegant architectural form. The solid sculptural areas primarily employ white perforated aluminum panels, subdivided into triangular units. Varying angles of these panels form a three-dimension folded surface. Different perforation rates and inclined angles of the units enrich the facade details at close range, while maintaining a distinct layered effect of solid and void from a distance. Additionally, rust-effect texture aluminum panels are used at the ends of the two buildings and the entrance corridor area. These rust-effect aluminum panels, contrasting with other white aluminum panels, enhance the architectural form, reinforce a sports identity, but also add tactile texture at the human scale. Under sunlight, the building’s distinguish form conveys a powerful presence that fully captures the unique character of sports architecture. Sunlight filtering through the perforated aluminum panels casts dappled patterns onto outdoor corridors and the ground, creating an exterior space with a subtle play of light and shadow.

体育馆从方案投标设计初期开始就充分考虑了其建成后的各方面运营使用需求。体育馆看台创新性的采用了“U” 形看台设计，在满足赛事需要的同时，更利于赛后运营演唱会、发布会等各类运营场景的使用。对比常规的四边看台，U形看台可以有效地增加演唱会可售票座位数量，同时也能够尽可能的减少体育馆的占地面积，更利于用地紧张的建设条件。此外“U” 形的看台布局，也使得看台区域观众座椅更紧凑，可以营造更良好的赛场比赛和观赛氛围。

From the outset of the design process, the architect carefully integrated the diverse requirements of various stakeholders. The arena features an innovative U-shaped grandstand design, which not only meets the requirements of sports competition but also better facilitates operations for diverse events such as concerts, press conferences and other scenarios. Compared to traditional four-sided grandstands, the U-shaped configuration can effectively increase the number of salable seats particularly in concert scenario while minimizing the building’s overall footprint, making it better suited for the site with constrained space limitations. Furthermore, the U-shaped grandstand design not only optimizes space efficiency but also enhances the vibrant atmosphere for spectators.

体育馆首层专门设计预留了专用运输流线通道，宽度和净高尺寸满足货运通行，充分考虑后期运营过程中的运输便利，以保证未来使用过程中可以短时间内多场次的运营布场更换使用需求。还单独设置了内场观众入口门厅和内场观众专用卫生间，增设了化妆间功能，并且设置了可移动隔墙，保证了未来内部空间的灵活划分使用，同样更为后期业主运营提供了更多可能性和便捷条件。此外，还在比赛大厅中创新地设计了可升降幕布，可以根据后期实际使用情况，方便调节运营使用空间范围，以保证在不同观众人数使用的条件下，场馆空间也能够营造出良好的观演氛围。另外包括全高度可升降端屏，屋面钢结构预留充足的演艺吊挂荷载，地面预留的货运通行荷载等，都为后期运营使用提供良好的先决条件。

On the first floor of the arena, a dedicated logistics channel with sufficient width and clear height accommodates most freight transport needs, improving operational efficiency during rapid event turnover when the arena hosts multiple events in a short time. The arena also features a separate entrance, lobby and restrooms for floor-level spectators, along with dedicated dressing rooms for performers. Select back-of-house rooms are equipped with movable partition walls to ensure spatial flexibility. Furthermore, the competition hall incorporates an innovative retractable curtain system, allowing the space to be reconfigured according to requirements of different events. This retractable curtain system could also enhance atmosphere under varying spectator capacities. And some advantages in this arena include the height-adjustable screen on the end wall of competition hall, the sufficient load-bearing capacity reserved in the roof steel structure and the floor system, providing long-term benefits for the owner.

体育馆竣工至今，已经成功举办了超过一百场各类体育赛事和演艺活动，逐渐成为合肥体育场馆新名片。

Since completion in October 2023, this arena has hosted over 100 events and has been recognized as one of the iconic buildings of Hefei City.
