The first floor of the “KR_130” house is all about warmth, comfort and a calm lived-in feeling. The clients’ main goal was clear: to create a cozy interior built around natural materials and rich textures - a space that feels good for everyday family life.

Throughout the floor, you’ll find a thoughtful mix of parquet flooring, wood veneered panels, porcelain stoneware, quartz stone, metal accents and decorative plaster on the walls. Everything is designed to feel tactile, balanced and timeless.

Lighting was a key focus. We planned multiple lighting scenarios and layers of accent lighting, so the atmosphere can easily shift depending on the mood - brighter and more functional during the day, softer and more intimate in the evening.

The kitchen features a compact island that works perfectly for daily routines: practical, comfortable and proportionate to the space.

Overall, the first floor is a warm and welcoming environment. A home designed for a family of four, where every detail supports an easy, comfortable way of living.
