坐落于北京，这座由TEMP设计的别墅既是一处私人居所，也是一方艺术聚场——一所拥抱家庭生活韵律，同时向艺术、光与时间敞开的房子。建筑共四层，地上两层、地下两层，在私密与共享、恒久与变化之间取得平衡。

Set in the south of Beijing, this villa designed by TEMP is both a private dwelling and an art space for gathering — a house that embraces the rhythms of family life while opening itself to art, light, and time. Across four levels, with two above ground and two below, the architecture balances intimacy and community, permanence and change.

其核心是地下艺术空间，一个灵活、多功能的大厅，绘画、音乐、游戏与展览在此交汇。虽沉入大地，空间却因光而生动。精心设计的采光井将天光深深引入混凝土墙，光影移动的线条记录着时辰与季节的流转。光成为活的时钟，连接地下与天空，在保持温度恒定的同时，揭示变化之美。这里开放通透：大面玻璃与简洁的平面让阳光在房间之间共享，将不同功能融为一种流动的体验。

At its heart lies the basement art space, a flexible, multi-purpose hall where painting, music, play, and exhibition come together. Though embedded in the earth, the space is animated by light. Carefully studied skylights draw daylight deep into the concrete walls, their shifting lines tracing the passage of hours and seasons. Light becomes a living clock, linking the underground to the sky, ensuring steadiness of temperature while revealing the beauty of change. Here, openness prevails: large panes of glass and an uncluttered plan allow sunlight to be shared across the rooms, binding diverse functions into one flowing experience.

与之相对，上层容纳了住宅中更传统的房间：卧室、浴室、厨房与起居空间。这些是休憩与私密之所，结构、比例与材料带来舒适与庇护。高大的门洞与门槛分隔并连接着房间内的房间——衣帽间、书房与其他角落——呼应日常生活的丰富层次。▼收纳空间，Storage space ©金伟琦

In contrast, the upper levels contain the more traditional rooms of the house: bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living spaces. These are places of retreat and privacy, where structure, proportion, and material provide comfort and protection. Large doors and thresholds divide and connect rooms within rooms — wardrobes, studies, and other corners — acknowledging the layered functions of daily life.

设计清晰地展现其结构逻辑。混凝土、木材、石材、黄铜与白墙构成克制的材质谱系，它们的质感触手可及，引人触摸与沉思。贯穿整座住宅的阶梯式细部是对斯卡帕建筑语言的转译，体现了业主对其作品的深挚喜爱。这些处理既赞颂工艺，也让元素在建筑与家具之间自如转换——一段楼梯成为吧台，一整块大理石被雕琢成洗手池。

The design reveals its structural logic with clarity. Concrete, wood, stone, brass, and white walls form a restrained palette, their tactile presence inviting touch and reflection. The stepped details throughout the house are reinterpretations of Scarpa’s architectural language, reflecting the owners’ deep admiration for his work. These gestures celebrate craftsmanship while allowing elements to shift seamlessly between architecture and furniture — a staircase becoming a bar table, a solid block of marble carved into a basin.

住宅始终被一座随季节生长的花园环绕。观赏草、果树与开花灌木构成一幅永不静止的景致：春华、夏荫、秋色、冬寂，将时间的流转带入日常生活。

Throughout, the house is surrounded by a garden that lives with the seasons. Ornamental grasses, fruit trees, and flowering shrubs create a landscape that is never still: spring blossoms, summer shade, autumn color, and winter stillness bring the passage of time into daily life.

在墙体、家具，甚至在餐桌本身，缝隙被策略性地设计为“门槛”——作为光、艺术或实用的功能开口。这些间隙连接着被分隔的部分，提供停顿与可能的瞬间，正如别墅本身连接着私密与共享、大地与天空。

Between walls, furniture, and even in the dining table itself, gaps are strategically incorporated as thresholds — functional openings for light, art, or utility. These interstices connect what is divided, offering moments of pause and possibility, much like the villa itself connects the private with the communal, the grounded with the skyward.

这座别墅，最终是一个盛放生活的容器：一个家，让阅读、绘画、休憩、玩耍等每一类活动都找到归属。它守护隐私，也促发共聚；化繁为简，亦致敬工艺；在墙垣之内，容纳着光、季节与时间的循环。

The Villa is, ultimately, a vessel for life: a home where every activity — from reading to painting, from resting to playing — finds a place. It protects privacy yet fosters togetherness, reduces to essentials yet celebrates craft, and holds within its walls the cycles of light, season, and time.
