滨湖复星人形机器人产业园择址无锡市滨湖区九龙湾智造城核心板块，位于滨湖工业重镇胡埭的门户要地，区位优势显著。项目精准锚定人形机器人、集成电路、智能制造三大前沿产业赛道，以“智造未来”为核心锚点，重新解构并定义新型产业空间的布局逻辑。设计最终致力于打造一座以产城深度融合为特色、以人本需求为导向的智慧型产业社区，为区域新质生产力发展注入强劲动能。

Binhu Fosun Humanoid Robot Industrial Park is located at the core of Jiulongwan Intelligent Manufacturing City in Binhu District, Wuxi City, standing at the gateway of Hudai, a key industrial town in Binhu, boasting remarkable location advantages. The project accurately targets three cutting-edge industrial tracks: humanoid robots, integrated circuits and intelligent manufacturing. With “Intelligent Manufacturing for the Future” as its core orientation, it reinterprets and redefines the layout logic of a new-type industrial space. Ultimately, the design strives to build a smart industrial community characterized by in-depth integration of industry and city and oriented to human-centric needs, injecting strong impetus into the development of new-quality productive forces in the region.

1.有机生长：探寻园区组织新范式

Part1 Organic Growth: Exploring a New Paradigm for Park Organization

方案以 “有机生长” 为规划核心脉络，串联起全维度功能动线。在布局中摒弃传统产业园单一矩阵的布局模式，将立体空中花园与配套、停车、能源等功能有机整合，重构为支撑园区空间的 “核心骨架”，从而达成空间利用、流线效率与感官体验的最优耦合。▼方案分析图-功能落位，Scheme Analysis Diagram – Functional Layout ©博森设计

We take “organic growth” as the core thread of planning to connect functional circulation across all dimensions. Breaking away from the single matrix layout of traditional industrial parks, the scheme organically integrates three-dimensional sky gardens with supporting facilities, parking, energy and other functions, reconstructing them into the “core framework” that underpins the park space, so as to achieve an optimal integration of space utilization, circulation efficiency and sensory experience.

园区规划以 “中轴配套 — 屋顶花园 — 架空廊道” 三级步行体系构筑园区中轴核心配套骨架，强调去边界化的设计理念，搭建起开放互通、共生共融的园区生活设施网络，消弭生产与生活的传统壁垒。

The park planning adopts a three-level pedestrian system of “central-axis supporting facilities, rooftop gardens and elevated corridors” to construct the core supporting framework of the park’s central axis. It emphasizes the borderless design concept, builds an open, interconnected, symbiotic and integrated network of park living facilities, and eliminates the traditional barriers between production and daily life.

2.多维互通：立体的绿色漫游图景

Part2 Multi-Dimensional Interconnection: A Three-Dimensional Green Roaming Scenery

东西贯通的核心中轴与其向外辐射延展的空中绿色庭院群相映成趣，共同构筑成一条脉络清晰、生机盎然的乐享生活带。它以自然流畅的空间逻辑、垂直划分的流线组织，将园区内各个产业组团有机串联，形成了疏密有致的功能布局。在高密度的产业空间中，这片错落的绿意不仅消解了建筑集群带来的局促与压迫感，更打造出移步换景的漫游体验。

The east-west thoroughfare of the core axis and the radiating aerial green courtyards complement each other beautifully, jointly forming a well-structured, vibrant lifestyle belt for recreation and leisure. Through its natural and smooth spatial logic and vertically divided circulation organization, it organically connects all industrial clusters in the park, creating a functional layout with well-rhythmized density. Within the high-density industrial space, these scattered green spaces not only dispel the sense of cramp and oppression caused by building clusters, but also foster a wandering experience where scenery shifts with every step.

使用者可沿架空步行廊道穿梭于产业组团之间，在庭院的绿植与光影里驻足停留，让工作与休憩在此自然交融，赋予产业园更具温度的空间质感。

Users can traverse between industrial clusters along the elevated pedestrian corridors and pause amid the greenery and light and shadow of the courtyards, allowing work and relaxation to blend naturally here and endowing the industrial park with a more warm and inviting spatial texture.

Part3 Intelligent Manufacturing for the Future: Diversified Industrial Clusters

面对新质生产力加速迭代的发展浪潮与入园企业的多样化需求，园区产品紧扣适产、适用、适发展的设计准则，规划多梯度面积区间与可分可合的模块化空间形态，为企业的引进落地与长远发展预留充足弹性。

Faced with the accelerating iteration of new-quality productive forces and the diversified needs of enterprises entering the park, the park’s products closely follow the design principles of being suitable for production, application and development. It plans multi-gradient area ranges and modular spatial forms that can be divided or combined, reserving sufficient flexibility for the introduction, settlement and long-term development of enterprises.

Part4 Industrial Gateway: A Livable and Business-Friendly Comprehensive Service Platform

产业门户组团落位于园区主要界面，着力打造产业园区 4.0 时代的形象新标杆。展示中心与产业大厦高低错落的建筑体量组合，共同构筑区域产业门户，彰显出现代产业园的科创基因与前沿气质。

The industrial gateway cluster is located at the main frontage of the park, striving to create a new image benchmark for the industrial park in the 4.0 era. The staggered building volumes of the Exhibition Center and the Industrial Building jointly form the regional industrial gateway, demonstrating the technological innovation genes and cutting-edge temperament of a modern industrial park.

展示中心首层设计曲线大台阶，引导人流向上延伸至二层平台，强化了空间的开放性与引导性；建筑上层采用聚碳酸酯板与玻璃幕墙的组合立面，塑造出轻盈时尚的现代建筑风貌。流畅舒展的曲线造型，搭配简洁纯净的建筑质感，让展示馆与产业大厦形成和谐的视觉呼应，构建起与城市空间的对话纽带。

A curved grand staircase is designed on the ground floor of the Exhibition Center to guide the flow of people upward to the second-floor platform, enhancing the openness and guidance of the space. The upper floors adopt a combined facade of polycarbonate panels and glass curtain walls, creating a lightweight and stylish modern architectural look. Its smooth and stretching curved form, coupled with a concise and pure architectural texture, enables the Exhibition Center and the Industrial Building to form a harmonious visual echo and establishes a dialogue link with the urban space.
