Los Altos Hills

This modern home by Swatt + Partners Architects has views overlooking the San Francisco Bay. HLA designed a landscape that made use of the hilly terrain, while providing privacy from the street. The entrance walk leads past and over a multi-level water feature to the front door. Wood decks and concrete terraces lead down to a pool and lawn area. Plantings of native and regional shrubs, grasses and perennials fill the spaces around the terraces and steps.
