Design for 25,000sf office & warehouse extension for a Penang based production facility. A new steel & glass office is to be constructed cantilevering over the existing office allowing continued operation of the plant while the buildings are constructed. The office features an external green courtyard as its focal point which can be used by building users for meetings & relaxation.
