Township Development, Puchong

Master plan, concept and design development for 700 acre sustainable township where the existing topography is retained and utilized to the benefit of the project.

New cluster house types were evolved – a courtyard semi-detached house that can be adapted to its location e.g. lakeside, hillside, hilltop etc. Project comprises 300 detached houses, 1500 semi-detached and 7500 low/medium cost units including town centres and infrastructure. The design, integrated into the natural site contours incorporates passive cooling and energy efficient concept.
