Sugar House Monument Plaza
The new plaza reclaims a portion of the road, allowing free flow pedestrian movements between the building façade and the historic monument. The new plaza offers opportunities for dining, seating, a farmers market, and general relaxation. It was designed and constructed to meet the new Sugar House Business District Design Guidelines, also prepared by CRSA (with Fehr & Peers).
