The development of Katwolderplein in Zwolle is a key component of the large-scale, ambitious redevelopment and redesign of the western entrance to Zwolle. This area is situated between the historic city center of Zwolle with its canals and the main access road for visitors, the A28.

At this fantastic location stands the new Pathé Cinema (Dok Architects in collaboration with E Up), which fully meets the needs of the modern visitor.
