South City Square is a mixed used use development located 2km from the Brisbane CBD within Woolloongabba. The multi-stage design consists of approximately 850 apartments, a 140 key hotel, 1500 car parks, and 12,000sqm of retail including a cinema, supermarket, child care centre, markets, restaurants and retail.

South City Square is an urban regeneration project in the heart of Woolloongabba, Brisbane, South East Queensland. A joint venture between developers Pellicano and Perri Projects, the project is set to deliver a new lifestyle precinct, with a retail centre, entertainment and a food and beverage hub, along with six architecturally-designed residential buildings and a boutique hotel. The holistic mixed-use precinct will surround a central, public green square that is accessible to the wider Brisbane community.

Under Stage One, Stage Two and Stage Three, there will be a boutique retail, cafés, and wellness offerings connecting back to our public realm. The outside edge of South City Square will be dotted with laneways and alleyways that link back to the centre green square.
