! Built on Nowell Creek in Beresford Creek neighborhood, this multi-level home boasts views of the creek from just about every room in the house. Our in-house Designer, Kathryn Elliott, helped bring the calming palette of the surrounding marsh and creek to the interior of the home. She added tasteful pops of color, using the homeowners’ own art to liven up the spaces.

Some of the custom-made pieces, such as the bar shelving, are works of art in themselves and we couldn’t be more proud of the collaboration between client, designer, and architect to make this dream a reality!
