Kuhn Riddle Architects & Designers collaborated with One Development & Construction LLC and NUPRO, an Orafol Company, to create a workplace that integrates functionality, durability, and brand identity. Warm tones, natural textures and coordinated materials shape the design language, supporting a variety of work styles and day-to-day operations.

The design features a custom reception desk, engaging meeting spaces, a central breakroom, and coffee points. Every element was considered to create a cohesive, efficient, and welcoming environment.
