NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital

This facility represents the single largest investment in a community by Baptist Memorial Healthcare System and the largest healthcare investment in Arkansas in the last decade. With its two-story atrium lobby filled with natural light and extensive glass, the new 181-bed, six-story hospital is connected, floor by floor, to an adjoining professional medical office building that houses NEA Baptist Clinic’s medical specialists and surgeons as well as diagnostic testing services. The clinic’s multiple service lines of a large physician group are aligned with that of the hospital for high efficiency integration.

In its replacement hospital, the NEA Baptist Health System continues to offer inpatient and outpatient services that include surgical services, neurology, cancer care, open-heart surgery, and labor and delivery through the hospital’s Women’s Center. Nearly 100 physicians practice in 35 specialties in the five-story NEA Baptist Clinic. Each clinic department is connected to the appropriate hospital floor for alignment, and the hospital is designed and built to be earthquake resistant.
