Pinnacle One Yonge

Pinnacle One Yonge is rising on Toronto’s waterfront, where the longest street in North America meets Lake Ontario. This multi-phase development is transforming the city skyline and elevating the urban mix of residential, hotel, commercial, and retail space to new heights. The two-block project is envisioned as a complete community with approximately 5,000 residential suites, grounded by a plan that enhances the pedestrian realm. With north–south and east–west mid-block connections, there is a fluid porosity to the scheme that activates this emerging neighbourhood for both residents and visitors alike.

The North parcel adds three mixed-use residential towers to the site. The 65-storey Prestige features the first city-run community centre in a private development.

SkyTower

, now under construction, will top out at 106 storeys (1,154 ft/352 m) to become the tallest residential tower in Canada—making an architectural statement through its glazed, tapered form accentuated by vertical fins. The yet-to-be-named final phase will add another supertall of 95 storeys—a carved form that reduces wind loads and unifies the North block’s visual appeal.

The South parcel is envisioned as a housing-led mixed-use development with a pair of 80 and 85-storey towers unified by a cascading podium. Offering market condominiums, affordable rental housing, a hotel, childcare, community, and retail spaces, the parcel is further activated by a 14,500-square-foot corner plaza and a grand tree-lined promenade along Yonge Street.

Physical Model Studies

A well-connected urban community, Pinnacle One Yonge will take advantage of its prominent location across from Toronto’s harbour and reshape the city’s skyline with sleek, masterfully designed towers.

Phase 1, The Prestige, was completed in 2022. The 65-storey tower features a mix of high-end condominiums and affordable housing units, state-of-the-art amenities, and a new community recreation centre.

The development aims to transform the Lower Yonge Precinct into a vibrant neighbourhood through animated and lively retail frontages, widened sidewalks, outdoor seating, and public art.
