This bachelor pad was a condominium project in which the client involved us from the initial finishing selection with the builder. The challenge was to create a cozy entertainment space that still represented the client’s personality. The project deliverable was to design a more modern space with a quirky rustic cottage flare.

SCOPE OF WORK:

Space planning, builder pre-purchase finishes selection, furniture and lighting selection, designer shopping service, sourcing and procurement, trade referrals and coordination
