Atlantic Yards

Atlantic Yards is an eco-friendly, new construction office development with ground-floor retail planned for Atlanta’s flourishing Midtown submarket. The two buildings include a 10-story structure, designed with traditional masonry and window construction, and its six-story counterpart that features a modern, ribbon-like window expression on all sides.

The development features 500,000 square feet of collaborative office space, ample indoor parking, green roofs and indoor/outdoor amenity spaces that cater to technology- and creative-oriented firms. The building’s retail frontage along 17th Street—a main thoroughfare—will create a more active and pedestrian-friendly streetscape. Once the site of the old Atlantic Steel Mill and railroads, Atlantic Station today is a thriving, 138-acre, mixed-use master development.
