150 West Jefferson

150 West Jefferson played an important role in the revitalization of downtown Detroit, Michigan in the mid-90s. The 450-foot, 30-story building is situated prominently along the Detroit Riverfront with views of Windsor, Canada.

This attractive high-rise conveys a sense of distinction, while still comfortably fitting the surrounding urban context. This mixed-use building contains 500,000 gross square feet of office space, a 10,000-square-foot restaurant, commercial retail at street level and parking. Deep-set colonnaded elements are dramatically incorporated at the crossover setback floors and the uppermost tower floor. A stunning conference center occupies the top floor with an exterior terrace and arcade that looks out to the river. A landscaped plaza connects the lobby with the Detroit people-mover transit stop located nearby.
