In-SITE: Farmhouse Framing

Our farmhouse is under construction! Framing began on July 5th, only a month from beginning framing the house was up. We set the floor trusses and then began framing the walls. Second floor trusses were craned in then we added exterior walls and sheathing. After all the walls were framed the roof went up and then the windows went in.

The site faces the golf course so views are just magnificent from the second floor. The house is nestled into the natural landscape with fully mature trees.  Stay tuned for our next post, we’ll be roughing in plumbing, hvac and electrical.
