FAILING ST ADU - PART 2

A new 2 bedroom, 1 bath ADU on a slightly larger than average lot. Sustainable features include exterior insulation, an ducted ERV, and natural finish materials such as aluminum shingle roofing and stained cedar siding. A compact plan provides a vaulted central space lit by skylights which is encircled by the stair and a catwalk which provides access to the bedrooms at either end of the roof. Structural materials were exposed throughout including structural wood floors, ceilings and exposed concrete slab.
