CityPlace underwent a transformative five-year, $550 million reinvestment that redefined the former retail and entertainment hub into a dynamic, mixed-use neighborhood in South Florida. The 72-acre Rosemary Square district emerged as a premier destination with expanded public green spaces, state-of-the-art Class A office buildings, modern residences, a thoughtfully curated mix of experiential retail and culinary options, a new hotel, and a robust calendar of arts and cultural programming. Designed with a focus on walkability and community, the redevelopment established CityPlace as a vibrant and engaging place to live, work, and visit.
