Crossways is located in the historic district of East Hampton on the East End of Long Island. Early collaboration between the architect and landscape architect led to a strategically sited residence that preserved many old growth trees throughout the property.

The dwelling maximizes solar exposure with an extensive use of solar panels. A nearly 2,800 sq. ft green roof caps the first story, maximizing views from the second floor and celebrates this innovative home’s commitment to sustainability. The purposefully distanced pool terrace serves as a secluded retreat, seamlessly extending the architectural narrative into the landscape.

Crossways is a meticulously orchestrated sanctuary where architecture and nature converge in seamless unity.
