ENG - Among the many places designed by Vico Magistretti, the Golf Club Carimate stand outs and lingers alive his architectural vision. Completed in 1962, it is an important place for DePadova. So, when the Club team took care of the necessary renewal of the interiors of its lounge area, working with the team DePadova seemed almost natural. The new atmosphere of the "common house" of sports is given by the composition of seating areas outlined by coconut matting on which we can find expressive elements, sign of Magistretti aesthetique: Zip! sofas and Louisiana armchairs, together with Dan cofee tables. The first represents an ingenious design solution, the other, a masterpiece of craftsmanship; both perfect pieces of a puzzle with everlasting design. The greatest legacy of the designer inextricably linked to DePadova and where the clubhouse is home. Today as it was in the past.

ITA - Fra i tanti luoghi progettati da Vico Magistretti, in cui aleggia ancora viva la sua visione architettonica, spicca il Golf Club Carimate. Un posto caro a DePadova che già nel 62 aveva fornito tutti gli arredi della zona lounge lavorando al progetto a stretto contatto con Vico Magistretti.

Così, quando il direttivo del Club si è occupato del necessario rinnovo dell’arredo della zona lounge, la collaborazione con il team DePadova è sembrata quasi naturale.

La nuova atmosfera della “casa comune” degli sportivi è data dalla composizione di aree salotto perimetrate da stuoie di cocco su cui sono poggiati elementi espressivi della tipica elementare eleganza del segno di Magistretti: i divani Zip!, e le poltrone Louisiana, serviti dai tavolini Dan.

L’uno, emblema di una soluzione progettuale geniale, le altre, capolavoro di abilità artigianale, sembrano tessere di un puzzle di un disegno che rimane inalterato nel tempo. Il più grande lascito del designer legato indissolubilmente a DePadova, e che nella Club House è di casa. Ora come ieri.
