Newly Constructed Smart Home Pied-a-Terre

West Village, New York

Our clients invested in a pied-à-terre to use as a landing pad when in NYC for Broadway plays and visiting friends. Drawing inspiration from their love for cocktails and entertaining and our design seamlessly blended elegance with comfort. As the building was newly constructed, we worked with our general contractor and AV consultant to integrate key features such as motorized window treatments, remote thermostatic controls and integrated multimedia. We used the client’s inspiration of earth tones, and cognac color palette to evoke relaxation to each area of the home.
