The Guangming City Hub is located in the Phoenix City area on the southeast side of Guangming District, Shenzhen. It is currently the intermediate station of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong high-speed rail. According to the related plans of Shenzhen railway, intercity rail, and urban rail, in addition to the current Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong high-speed rail, the Guangmingcheng hub will also introduce the Ganshen high-speed rail, Shenzhen-Dongguan intercity, urban rail transit line 6, line 13, and Line 18 and other tracks have become an important transportation hub in northwestern Shenzhen. The proposal collection aims to explore the "station-city integration" model of the integration of elevated high-speed railway stations and the city, and implements the "people-oriented" model based on the premise of "seamless connection, convenient transfer and high integration" of various transportation facilities and the development of superstructures. "The design concept of "Guangming City Hub" has become a model of a regional comprehensive transportation hub and a hub of "station-city integration" in the northwest of Shenzhen. The results have played a supporting and guiding role in the feasibility study of the hub project, and basically clarified the horizontal layout, vertical layout, traffic organization, connection relationship, and spatial form of the comprehensive transportation hub.
