Lian Tai Mei Sha Wan is a luxurious low density residential development located on a hill in Tai Mei Sha, Shenzhen. It comprises of 57 full sea view villas. The master - plan are carefully laid down to achieve maximum sea view and privacy for all villas, which are sensitively adapted to the hilly landform to minimize extent of site formation. Each villa has its own unique spatial sequence, which is interwoven between indoor and outdoor spaces. Upon entering the main living spaces, occupants can enjoy an unobstructed view of Mei Sha bay at the front, with a reclusive rear gardens embraced by the natural slopes.
