Banchory Grove Shopping Centre

Banchory Grove Shopping Centre is located at 1-15 Banchory Ave, Hillside, The new development will be home to a 4,300 square metre full-line, modern Woolworths Supermarket and five-bay direct-to-boot service. This will be supported by 21 other specialty shops including The Reject Shop, a medical centre, pharmacy, food options and a dining precinct.

Construction commenced on site in December 2023 and is progressing well.

The new direct to boot area is well underway. The precast walls are all in and primary steel in place. Secondary steel and roofing to follow in the coming weeks.

This building will soon be a new Woolworths for the Banchory Grove Shopping Centre. The precast walls and steel are in. The plumbing and floor penetrations have been installed with the sab being poured in some areas and being prepped to be poured in others. Roofing will be going up in the coming weeks with the other areas

The roof structure over the Woolworths back off house/ direct to boot area is being installed. The roof will be installed in the coming weeks.
