A Unique Project for the International Mobile Satellite Organisation (IMSO)

IMSO were looking to transform their office space into a modern, functional, and aesthetically pleasing workplace that encouraged office working. The key goal was to blend sophisticated corporate design with comfort, optimised for a global organisation.

Our design and build team delivered a high-spec office environment focusing on acoustics, tech integration, and ergonomics. The project included executive offices, formal meeting spaces, informal breakout areas and breakout areas, designed to promote productivity while enhancing the client’s corporate image.

Tech-Enabled Conference Room

The conference room was designed for modern, hybrid, tech-enabled collaboration. Featuring a sleek matte black oval conference table with integrated cable management and ergonomic beige seating, it was complemented by natural wood slatted acoustic panels that enhance sound clarity.

With sustainability as a critical objective, we also reused the large glass partitions from the client’s existing office to provide transparency while maintaining privacy. State-of-the-art technology, including wall-mounted screens and soundbars, ensured seamless presentations and video conferencing.

Creative Collaboration Areas

Breakout areas and collaborative spaces were designed to foster informal interactions, featuring contemporary lounge chairs in neutral tones paired with sleek round tables. These areas created a comfortable setting for creative discussions and teamwork.

Glass partitions and storage units divided the open office, ensuring visibility while maintaining functional separation. Soft-textured carpet tiles were used to absorb sound for a quieter atmosphere and also to add visual depth with subtle patterns, making the space both practical and inspiring for collaboration.
