Novum Point is a residential development situated in North Point of Hong Kong Island. The design Novum Point by ARK adopts a modern British touch that is both contemporary while making references to history. The design uses hues of grey combined with traditional paneling and portals to create a modern feel that is rooted in the place. The sales suite provides experiences and glimpse of the final development to prospective buyers.
