This 142 key, 32,700 sm 5-Star Resort Hotel is located on a 50,811 sm steep site at the foothills of the Himalayas. The existing structures on-site and steep terrain configuration greatly influenced the design which includes a main building with 136 keys. Included are All Day Dining, Lobby Lounge and Bar, and an extensive spa. There is a 750 sm banquet hall, and associated meeting rooms along with large rooftop swimming pools and garden areas. The project also includes three stand-alone villas with private plunge pools, two-family villas, specialty restaurant, and external terraced gardens.
