The subject site is 13,510sqm in size and one of the few development sites located on Constitution Avenue of which is a major ceremonial avenue in the National Capital and one of the key structural elements of the Walter Burley Griffin Plan. Constitution Avenue forms the base of the National Triangle.

3 x 9 storey apartment towers sit comfortably and respects the existing cafeteria heritage building, overlooking Commonwealth Park and Lake Burley Griffin. A total of 260 apartments and a mix of apartment sizes with some exclusive sub and penthouse apartments. The proposal also includes some commercial uses activating Constitution Avenue.
