Beijing Mentougou District Shilong Hi-Tech Park

The project goal is to coordinate regional culture and introduce ecological corridors to create “two axes and one city”. The science and technology axis highlights the innovation culture in science and technology parks by shaping an axis of north-south walking landscape designed for both underground and underground infrastructure design. The plan proposed to increase scientific and technological innovation and build the characteristics of the Zhongguancun Science Park. The cultural ecology axis is mainly composed of ecological green land, a curved walking track, a Zen culture garden, and an ecological agriculture demonstration zone. It creates the axis of the east-west walking landscape and highlights the environmental and cultural characteristics of Mentougou.

The urban master plan proposed to build the Xishan Yongding River cultural belt and the design pays attention to its cultural heritage. The ideas to create a city that features public spaces with blocks as a module and focuses on ecology and function. The production space is intensive and efficient, the living space is moderate and suitable, and the ecological space is beautiful.
