The base is located on the north side of the Bohai Elevated Road and on the south side of Yongping Road. The site area is 100,000 square meters and the total construction area is 410,000 square meters. It includes 15 residential towers, clubs, kindergartens, community center, property management houses, garbage stations and convenience stores. The design focused on creating a different urban landscape, bringing a fresher and more fashionable landmark experience to the city.

Based on the creation of Zhengzhou’s new landmark, the project hopes to show a high quality of lifestyle and modern high-end aesthetics. The design principle is to express the understated luxury of the building with a simple shape and exquisite details. In the overall layout, low-density design is considered at the beginning of the design, leaving a wider public space for the community. The design absorbs the concept of modern living, completely separate people and vehicles, creates safe, comfortable environment, and does not interfere with life within the group.

The architectural design is based on the integrity of the façade design, the harmony of the proportions, and the delicate details. The blue-gray glazing with gray aluminum plates makes the overall shape simple and clean.

The large-area glass creates the effect of the curtain wall, softening the shape with a small chamfer at the corner of the facade, and the inter-layer lines of the compartment are decorated like ribbons to the outside of the facade, with a partially used aluminum grille. This high-rise building has a fresh natural atmosphere and a modern sense of technology.
