Plans for a community in Cambridgeshire of 420 residential units and a mix of commercial, retail and leisure. The community is planned parametrically to maximise solar orientation and to maintain privacy between units. The community will be powered by an Anaerobic Digestion plant that is currently under construction. An Organic Water Treatment Plant will recycle grey and brown water into potable. The units will be constructed from prefabricated cross laminated plywood panels.
