本案为60㎡的LOFT空间。我们将它改造后满足了办公和居住一体的需求，保留原始空间的纵向张力，通过精准钢结构隔层，将场域划分为上下叠合的功能模块。

This case is a 60-square-meter LOFT space. After our renovation, it met the requirements of integrating office and living Spaces, retaining the longitudinal tension of the original space. Through precise steel structure partitions, the site was divided into overlapping functional modules.

黑白的材质秩序构建

The construction of black and white material order

空间中仅使用黑白两种颜色，大面积的黑色木饰面作为基底，局部以白色钢结构在颜色上的“轻量感”和材质上的对比打破黑色的厚重。我们将家具、楼梯等功能性构件前置，以强化空间的主导性。在尺度与形态上，保持足够的体量与简洁轮廓。同时，让收纳系统及基础的墙顶地后退，通过统一性与连续性弱化存在感，让两者形成对比强烈的图底关系。在清晰的层级中呈现空间秩序，塑造兼具质感与实用效能的居住场域。

Only black and white are used in the space. A large area of black wood veneer serves as the base, and the “lightness” in color and the contrast in material of the white steel structure are used locally to break the heaviness of black. We place functional components such as furniture and stairs at the forefront to emphasize the dominance of the space. In terms of scale and form, we maintain a sufficient volume and a simple outline. Meanwhile, we set back the storage system and the basic walls, ceilings and floors, reducing their presence through uniformity and continuity, thus creating a strong figure-ground relationship between the two. Present the spatial order in a clear hierarchy and shape a living space that combines texture and practical efficiency.

垂直维度的功能折叠

Functional folding in vertical dimension

依托 LOFT 垂直结构优势，以 “功能的立体嵌套” 为逻辑，实现有限空间的高效利用与无界转换。下层复合公区与上层睡眠区通过白色钢构楼梯连接，通透的结构让自然光可穿透至下层深处，消弭了层间的封闭感。摒弃常规形态，以“悬浮式白色梯架 + 复合功能平台”为组合设计，将其中一节梯台延长后兼桌面使用，将楼梯下方自然形成的留白空间转化为多功能节点，高效利用垂直维度。垂直动线设计兼顾实用性与美学性，以线性极简形态贯穿上下层，既作为功能衔接的纽带，又成为空间的几何装饰元素，让功能折叠在视觉上形成有机整体，避免垂直分层带来的割裂感。

Relying on the vertical structure advantages of LOFT, with the logic of “three-dimensional nested functions”, efficient utilization and boundaryless transformation of limited space are achieved. The lower composite public area is connected to the upper sleeping area through a white steel staircase. The transparent structure allows natural light to penetrate deep into the lower layer, eliminating the sense of closure between layers. Abandoning the conventional form, a combination design of “suspended white ladder frame+composite functional platform” is adopted. One section of the ladder platform is extended and used as a desktop, transforming the naturally formed blank space below the stairs into a multifunctional node and efficiently utilizing the vertical dimension. The vertical circulation design takes into account both practicality and aesthetics, running through the upper and lower floors in a linear and minimalist form. It serves not only as a functional connection but also as a geometric decorative element of the space, allowing the functions to be folded visually into an organic whole and avoiding the sense of fragmentation caused by vertical layering.

粗粝与精致的对话

Rough and delicate dialogue

粗粝质感源于对材料原始性的保留与呈现，以原生肌理与不规则触感，传递天然的肌理变化成为空间的 “隐性装饰”。我们用白砖堆叠出一道残缺的墙体来弱化空间中心的管道井，不规则的形态和原始的砌筑肌理与四周饰面形成材质张力，成为空间的视觉锚点。板材的细腻与砖墙的颗粒感同时形成了触觉层次。

The coarse texture stems from the retention and presentation of the material’s originality, with its native texture and irregular touch conveying the natural texture changes to become the “hidden decoration” of the space. We stack a damaged wall with white bricks to weaken the pipeline well at the center of the space. The irregular shape and original masonry texture create material tension with the surrounding finishes, becoming the visual anchor of the space. The delicacy of the board and the graininess of the brick wall simultaneously form a tactile layer.

精致质感以精准工艺与细腻材质为载体，通过局部点缀的方式植入空间，不追求繁复装饰，以纯粹的工艺质感与细腻触感，与粗粝材质形成鲜明对比，相互映衬、彼此平衡。突破平面束缚，在深色空间的极简基调中，通过功能复合、光影层次与质感碰撞，构建兼具实用属性与精神场域的居住容器。

The refined texture, on the other hand, is carried by precise craftsmanship and delicate materials, and is implanted into the space through local embellishment. It does not pursue complex decoration but, with pure craftsmanship texture and fine touch, forms a sharp contrast with the coarse material, complementing and balancing each other. Breaking through the constraints of flat surfaces, in the minimalist tone of dark spaces, building a living container that combines practical attributes and spiritual fields through functional composition, light and shadow layers, and texture collision.
