# 苏园六境水岸泊居 #

以现代写意笔触，解构苏式山水气韵于枕水栖居的诗意场域里，还原一场 “山水入画，栖水而居” 的水岸度假生活美学

项目落址苏州工业园区东侧，东临水系弥陀泾，有天然的自然水脉优势，其与苏州名园沧浪亭“以水环园“，在烟火繁华中隔出一方静谧的空间格局十分相似。

Nestled on the eastern side of Suzhou Industrial Park, the project adjoins the Mituojing water system to the east, boasting a natural aquatic advantage. It bears striking resemblance to Suzhou’s renowned Canglang Pavilion, which "encircles the garden with water" to carve out a secluded haven amidst bustling urban life.

设计借鉴苏州名园沧浪亭六大在地松弛度假场景——池岛、静潭、山石、水榭、草林、竹嬉的设计语境，提取苏园六境之美，用现代度假手法演绎苏式慢调水岸生活美学，融入山水留白意境，营造苏州在地的都市微度假、禅意栖居生活。

Drawing on the design context of Canglang Pavilion’s six local laid-back vacation scenes—pond islands, quiet pools, rock formations, waterside pavilions, grassy woods, and bamboo groves—the project extracts the beauty of Suzhou garden’s six realms. Employing modern resort design techniques to interpret Su-style slow-paced waterfront living aesthetics, it integrates the artistic conception of negative space in landscape painting, creating a zen-like urban micro-vacation and dwelling experience rooted in Suzhou’s local charm.

「池岛之上」

- 尊崇静雅的门第领域 -

90米专属廊桥仪式归家，营造出则繁华入则宁静的城市度假栖居生活；45米极致面宽界面，超尺度门面形象形成尊崇归家礼遇；暖色奢石与格栅纹理营造如玉般温润的立面美学，中心涌泉环岛酒店式落客港湾，为用户提供仪式感、松弛感归家体验，归家亦如步入山水画境。

A 90-meter exclusive covered bridge ushers residents home in ceremonial grace, forging an urban resort-style abode where bustle fades behind you and tranquility unfolds before your eyes. Boasting an ultra-spacious 45-meter frontage, the project commands a majestic presence that bestows a distinguished welcome upon every return. Warm-hued luxury stone and grid-patterned textures combine to craft a facade as smooth and elegant as jade. At its heart lies a hotel-style drop-off bay centered around a gurgling fountain, delivering a homecoming experience brimming with ritual charm and laid-back serenity—where every step back feels like walking into a living landscape painting.

引水入园，作为入园的第一画面，让水流形成“细密柔和的水幕“，材料上选取滨海蓝奢石，约20公分厚的石材圆弧异形加工，古铜色收边与建筑立面统一，最后得到了层次丰富的现代艺术水景，以流水声将城市喧嚣隔绝在外，注入苏州园林式的静谧意境。

Water is introduced into the garden as the first scenic view upon arrival, forming a "delicate and gentle water curtain". For materials, coastal blue luxury stone is selected—processed into arc-shaped special-shaped pieces with a thickness of approximately 20 centimeters, paired with bronze edging that aligns with the building facade. The result is a layered modern artistic water feature: its gurgling sound shields out urban hustle and bustle, infusing the serene artistic conception of Suzhou gardens.

在秩序中完成空间的流动与转换是设计的初衷。通过艺术感的体块堆叠穿插、材质光影变化，控制结构节奏和层次感。

Achieving spatial flow and transition within order lies at the core of the design philosophy. Through artistic mass stacking and interpenetration, light and shadow variations of materials, the design regulates structural rhythm and sense of hierarchy.

选择不同材料和纹理，处理光影效果，以及考虑环境和功能因素，创造出秩序感的流动空间，完成抵达家的心情转换。

By selecting diverse materials and textures, manipulating light and shadow effects, and integrating environmental and functional considerations, a flowing space infused with a sense of order is crafted—facilitating the emotional transition upon arriving home.

「静心之潭」

- 尊享静谧的礼仪水院 -

静奢雅亭与建筑隔空对话，特选造型乌桕疏影横斜，点植其中如同漂浮水间；镜水怀抱之中的休憩平台视野开阔，营造出宁静雅奢的禅意氛围。

A quiet luxury pavilion engages in a silent dialogue with the architecture. Specially selected sculptural Sapium sebiferum trees, with their sparse shadows slanting gracefully, are dotted throughout as if floating above the water. Nestled in the embrace of mirror-like water, the leisure platform boasts an unobstructed view, creating a serene, elegant and luxurious zen atmosphere.

水景采用黑金砂花岗岩弧形加工，用石材淡雅丰富的黑色肌理勾勒苏州山水的形态神韵，描绘苏州在地山水画卷。

The water feature is crafted from Black Gold Sand granite processed into arc shapes. Its understated yet rich black textures outline the form and verve of Suzhou’s landscapes, depicting a landscape painting rooted in Suzhou’s local charm.

设计摈弃繁复的装饰元素，以极其克制的笔触，在水院之上描绘出一幅苏州立体山水画作，以现代手法对苏园的艺术内核——“留白”独特诠释，山水、树木、雅亭相互呼应构成和谐整体，不仅带来视觉享受，更能引发人们对和谐秩序的向往。

The design eschews ornate decorative elements, adopting an extremely restrained approach to depict a three-dimensional landscape painting of Suzhou above the water courtyard. It offers a unique modern interpretation of "negative space"—the artistic core of Suzhou gardens. Landscapes, trees, and elegant pavilions echo each other to form a harmonious whole, delivering not only visual pleasure but also arousing people’s yearning for harmonious order.

光影透过屋檐映在格栅之上，将空间塑造成了度假松弛感与宁静雅奢共融的归家场域，共同打造一场东方美学的生活体验。

As light and shadow filter through the eaves and cast onto the grilles, they shape the space into a homecoming haven where resort-style relaxation blends seamlessly with serene elegance and luxury—jointly forging a living experience rooted in Oriental aesthetics.

「山石之灵」

- 私定奢雅的意境庭院 -

延续融合苏州古典园林艺术，虽归隐一隅，却胸怀游历名山大川之情怀，庭院内的静水流瀑模拟天然瀑布从空中缓缓而下，最后汇于平静错落的水面之上。

Continuing to integrate the art of Suzhou classical gardens, the space, though secluded in a quiet corner, embodies the sentiment of wandering through famous mountains and rivers. Gentle flowing waterfalls in the courtyard imitate natural cascades, pouring down slowly from above before converging into calm and staggered water surfaces.

无多缀饰，唯石、水、木、影，是沧浪亭中叠山理石的现代演绎，其营造出的悠远意境，让心灵暂得栖息。

Minimal adornments—only stone, water, wood, and shadow—offer a modern interpretation of rock-piling and stone-arranging art from Canglang Pavilion. The profound and timeless artistic conception thus crafted provides the soul with a temporary haven.

「水榭之境」

- 水榭林间的度假感受 -

水上汀步，潺庭绿影，精选乌桕林下是富有几何韵律感的水上归家步道，节点搭配现代简约的户外家具营造松弛度假场域，这里不追求形式的繁复，而营造伴水而憩、身心舒展的栖居氛围。

Under the carefully selected Sapium sebiferum groves lies a waterfront homecoming trail infused with geometric rhythm—where water stepping stones meander through gurgling waters and dappled green shadows. Modern minimalist outdoor furniture adorns key nodes, creating a laid-back resort-style space. Instead of pursuing intricate forms, it fosters a dwelling atmosphere of resting by the water and embracing physical and mental relaxation.

这不仅仅是一处居所，更是一座可栖居的当代园林。关于苏州慢调水居生活的全新答案，便藏于这一湾净水六重境，而【草木之花】、【竹嬉之趣】的诗意生活画卷则静待未来大区开启。设计意图把山水画的留白意境作为艺术手法，用现代语言诠释传统诗意栖居的真谛，将诗情画意转化为空间语言，去雕琢，存本真，在克制中抒发山水诗画气韵。

This is more than just a residence—it is an inhabitable contemporary garden. The new answer to Suzhou’s slow-paced waterfront living lies hidden in this stretch of pure water and six realms, while the poetic life paintings of "Blossoms of Grass and Trees" and "Joy of Bamboo Play" await the opening of the future master district.The design intends to take the artistic conception of negative space in landscape painting as an artistic technique, interpreting the true essence of traditional poetic dwelling with modern language. It translates poetry and painting into spatial language, abandoning excessive decoration and preserving authenticity, and expressing the charm of landscape poetry and painting through restraint.
