Thunder Spring Resort

This lavish resort in Ketchum, Idaho, is a 450,000-square-foot multi-building complex comprised of 68 luxury mid-rise residential condominiums, commercial retail space, a restaurant, health spa, and wellness center, gym with indoor tennis and squash courts, outdoor/indoor pools with “swim-out” connection, and a clubhouse situated on an 18-hole golf course. The placement of the buildings on the site incorporates existing trees into a number of the structures, while other buildings utilize massive heavy-timber elements and trim. The building bases are clad in locally collected stone. All unit interiors are lavishly appointed with massive fireplaces of local rock and limestone slabs, dramatic ceilings made from heavy-timber, grand open kitchens, lavish bathrooms, and premier appliances, materials, and fixtures. The condominiums sit atop a garage podium featuring lush landscaping, water features, large private balconies and patios, and breathtaking views of Mount Baldy and Dollar Mountain.
