Fine Chinese Cuisine’s primary focus is on a modern image for new Beijing cuisine. Textured grayish stones at the storefront complement an interior layout characterised by simplicity and linear styling. The brand colour originates from the vivid light blue of Jingdezhen porcelain. The vivid colour, combined with an elegant walnut wood finish, creates a cheerful and warm atmosphere.

“Flower” is the design theme. The suspended ceiling is designed to be in a geometric floral shape, accommodating a large crystal chandelier. Mounted on the wall are specially designed titanium-plated planters in charcoal grey. The floral art displayed changes with season and adds vitality to the restaurant in all seasons. Diners waiting for their roast ducks can look through the glass of the roasting room to view the conventional technique of roasting ducks over a high flame burning fruitwood. The see-through roasting room stimulating diners’ appetite has become the highlight of the restaurant.

Abstract iron art motifs found on the room doors, window decoration and translucent screens are inspired by the autumn and winter trees in Beijing. All display coherence with the overall design that creates a casual, yet elegant Chinese dining establishment.
