The developer client wanted a house to belong to this sloping hillside site rather than the generic houses on stilts being offered.

Entered via a bridge, the views from this 6500 sq ft passive house are maximised and slowly revealed as the house is explored. The house is inward looking to water & green courtyards sunk into the hillside and outward looking to stunning views to the city.

Pool deck and bedrooms, submerged underground, suddenly ‘pop out’ on the hillside creating places for contemplation in Nature and a house that can only belong here.
