8 C1TY BLVD Medical Office Building (MOB) is the first building to be constructed at the oneC1TY campus, a pre-certified LEED® for Neighborhood Development located on 18.7 acres near the center of Nashville’s urban core. The vision for the oneC1TY campus, which will include medical offices, general offices, information technology and research facilities, is to create a sustainable community for mindful living. Sustainability and healthy living goals guided the facility design.

The LEED Gold® facility includes a green roof terrace and multiple plazas for tenant and public use. Ground level retail space will front the building with access from the street, public plaza and building lobby. Features include a lobby stair and egress stairs designed to maximize natural light, enhance views and encourage tenant use; interior and exterior building elements made of reclaimed wood from an abandoned on-site warehouse and the installation of a wet pond to accommodate site run-off and irrigate surrounding landscaping. The combination of building orientation, high performing glass and high efficiency mechanical systems maximize daylight and reduce overall energy loads for the building.
