Working alongside Fraher Architects on this Grade II listed 18th century townhouse, we responded to a very specific aesthetic brief which allowed us to show our eclectic flair and curate a truly beautiful home.

It was challenging to work with a property with such a small footprint, however our experience of compact London spaces enabled us to fulfil our Client’s 21st century wish list including introducing air conditioning, smart home technology, and a large eat-in kitchen with adjacent BBQ area and endless concealed storage.

This was the 2nd of 4 projects that we have now completed for this Client and his family.
