A network of carefully considered streetscapes treatments and opens spaces are arranged to support the urban design intent and provide pedestrian amenity, safety and comfort.

The architectural forms and materials are in response to the local context and its commercial function, with the aim of achieving a human scale village character.

The two commercial precincts (with a total of 65,450sqm of building area) are located on the edges of the central boulevard of the masterplan development. The low rise character, achieved with a  maximum 3 storey building height ensure views are obtained from the rear golf course development.
