Hidden in the city, the tranquil alleyway is a 100-square-meter house with an oversized terrace. Our goal is to design the terrace to bring in scenery and light in collaboration with the homeowners.

The homeowners, a newlywed couple, often invite family and friends over for gatherings. By extending the visual line in the limited indoor space, the boundary of the entire public area, including the terrace, is blurred, creating an enlarging effect.

The center of the house revolves around a musical instrument display case that carries the homeowner’s leisure interests and life memories. It also serves as a boundary between public and private areas. The U-shaped flow allows the homeowners to move smoothly inside the house, while the one-bedroom setting ensures that the master bedroom still has enough storage and good space quality.

The main bathroom is hidden behind a floating wall, providing storage function and weakening the heaviness of the cabinet through the floating design. The low-level suspension of the visual line also adds a connection between the two spaces.

By highlighting the advantages of the house, itself through design, we create a visual and livable scene.

隱蔽在城市繁華喧囂中的靜謐巷弄，30坪房屋擁有漂亮的大露臺，如何連結露臺帶來的風景和光線，成為我們與屋主共同的目標。 屋主時常邀請家人、朋友到家中聚會，透過視線延伸模糊了整個公共空間包含露臺的界線，使空間達到放大的效果。 房屋的中心圍繞著樂器展示櫃，乘載著屋主的休閒興趣與生活回憶，同時也作為公私領域的區隔，回字形動線使屋主能更順暢的在屋內活動，也讓主臥室仍然擁有充足的收納及好的空間品質。 主浴室隱匿在一道懸浮牆後方，兼具收納功能也以漂浮的方式弱化櫃體的厚重感，低於視線的穿透也使得兩個空間增添一分連結，構築出充滿視覺趣味的畫面。
