Under the skilled guidance of The Stella Collective, an uninhabitable traditional terrace house has been transformed and reborn into an enchanting sanctuary dedicated to pleasure and joy.

Inspired by traditional cultures far and wide, historical bathing rituals, and the radical act of self-care in a modern world.

Villa Joseph stands as a peaceful home woven into its natural environment; everything is done with purpose and intent, signaling the presence of ritual and an aesthetic that beckons you to roam the retreat barefoot…and perhaps a little bit naked ;)

New glazed cathedral like ceilings give way to tree tops, steeped in golden sunlight.

At the heart of the home lies a central courtyard, which seamlessly connects both wings of the property.

On warm summer days or during mild winters, you can stroll through this open oasis from the kitchen and living areas to the master suite quarters.

The centre of the house transforms into an entirely outdoor heavenly escape, breaking away from conventional backyard traditions.

Throughout the entire house, a warm limestone floor, gently heated from below, flows uninterrupted. Whilst bold nutmeg granites have been shaped into bathroom vessels, and The Stella Collective’s signature blend of beauty and serenity
permeates the warm biscotti and Spanish minimalist palette.

Our philosophy embraces the belief that beauty is accessible to all, always.
