A project completed while with the in-house design and management team at Sunland Group.

Q1 is a 78 storey tower with associated Retail, Commercial and Resort facilities.

The project is the key landmark for the city of Gold Coast – adding its iconic silhouette to the growing skyline.

Design and Management services were completed – in collaboration with external Consultants and Innovarchi – as Concept Architects for the podium ribbon roof scheme.
