The objective of the landscape improvement project “Where creativity springs from...” is to unite the “springs” of Starogladovskaya into a continuous pedestrian network. The project aims to unlock the potential of the settlement’s most actively used area, making it comfortable for residents and attractive to tourists.
As a result of the project, a landscaped boulevard and quiet recreation areas near the artesian spring will emerge on the site adjacent to the L. N. Tolstoy Museum, at the intersection of Voroshilova and Sovetskaya Streets. The theme of Tolstoy’s historical legacy is reinforced through souvenir pavilions, a café, and an outdoor library.
In addition, the project introduces a much-needed sports facility — a mini-football field — serving the local amateur team and supporting active recreation within the settlement.
