重拾原有性格的立面

A FACADE THAT REGAINS ITS ORIGINAL CHARACTER

项目位于贝尔维尔街区核心地段，却退让于一条安静的尽端小巷之中。原有空间的立面被完全封闭，使室内失去了自然采光。在这些盲墙之后，仍可隐约辨认出曾经大尺度窗洞的轮廓，如今却被砌体所掩埋。因此，设计的第一步便是重新打开整面立面：大尺度窗户恢复了原有的通透性，使自然光再次充盈整个空间。

Located in the heart of the Belleville district, yet set back in a quiet dead-end, the space had a sealed façade that deprived the interior of daylight. Behind the blind walls, the outline hinted at the former presence of large windows, now buried within the masonry. The first step of the project was therefore to reopen the entire façade: expansive windows restore the original transparency and now flood the spaces with natural light.

在保留痕迹的同时显露场地

REVEALING THE SITE WHILE PRESERVING ITS TRACES

墙面与天花板的原始状态被完整保留，作为场地工业历史的记忆。项目在这一真实而粗粝的基底之上展开，并通过与精准而克制的介入形成对比，从而加以强调：家具选用橡木与桦木，酒红色木—混凝土板材（Viroc），带有锈色包浆的外部钢制门窗，封闭办公室内铺设地毯，公共区域则采用抛光混凝土地面。这一材料组合在原始质感与内敛精致之间建立起对话。

The raw state of the walls and ceilings has been preserved as a memory of the site’s industrial past. The project builds upon this authentic base and highlights it through contrast with precise interventions using noble materials: oak and birch for the furniture, burgundy wood–concrete panels (Viroc), exterior steel joinery with a rust-colored patina, carpet in the enclosed offices, and polished concrete in the common areas. This combination creates a dialogue between raw materiality and understated sophistication.

由定制木作构成的空间结构

A PROJECT STRUCTURED BY CUSTOM JOINERY

项目并未通过大量砌体改造来塑造空间，而是以一组定制木作元素作为室内建筑的组织核心。一道带木框的通长玻璃隔断界定了整体布局，将四间独立办公室与开放办公区清晰分隔。每间办公室均配置橡木吸音吊顶与内嵌式桦木家具，并以酒红色地毯营造温暖的空间氛围。

Rather than multiplying masonry interventions, the interior architecture is organized around a set of custom-made joinery elements. A long glazed partition with wooden frames structures the layout and separates the four enclosed offices from the open space. Each office benefits from an oak acoustic false ceiling and built-in birch furniture, while a burgundy carpet provides a warm atmosphere.

空间中央，一处由红色 Viroc 板材构成的服务体量标示出通往休息区的过渡。其内部整合了卫生间、储藏空间、设备用房以及打印区。与之相对的是一组由木材与 Viroc 组合而成的大型书架，明确了与厨房区域之间的界面关系。

At the heart of the space, a service block made of red Viroc panels marks the transition to the break area. It houses toilets, storage, a technical room, and a printer niche. Opposite it, a large bookshelf in wood and Viroc defines the boundary with the kitchen area.

作为第三种空间氛围的厨房

A KITCHEN AS A THIRD AMBIANCE

厨房区域采用了不同于整体办公空间的处理方式：刷白墙面、木纤维吊顶以及抛光混凝土地面。一套定制桦木厨房家具在此展开，并配以红色 Viroc 台面，在延续整体材料体系的同时，营造出更柔和、更具居家感的空间氛围。

The kitchen adopts a different treatment from the rest of the space: whitewashed walls, a wood-fiber false ceiling, and polished concrete flooring. A bespoke birch kitchen with a red Viroc countertop unfolds here, extending the material palette while offering a softer, more domestic atmosphere.

贯穿始终的材料线索

A MATERIAL THROUGHLINE

在整个项目中，照明装置与大尺度桦木工作桌共同确保了视觉上的一致性。它们共同构成了一个空间：在这里，被重新引入的自然光、真实而有质感的材料，以及清晰而克制的建筑木作，使一处被废弃的场所重新焕发生机——同时，从未抹去其所承载的历史。

Throughout the project, the lighting fixtures and large birch tables ensure visual consistency. Together, they compose a place where restored light, authentic materials, and architectural joinery breathe life back into an abandoned space—without ever erasing the history it carried.
