绿头鸭西餐 Le Canard Bistro 是沈阳本土的西餐品牌,主打精致的西餐融合料理。品牌希望在新的空间中延续既有的气质,同时呈现出更加开放、松弛且具有当代感的就餐体验。Le Canard Bistro is a Shenyang-based Western dining brand known for its refined fusion cuisine. For the new space, the brand seeks to carry forward its established character while offering a more open, relaxed, and contemporary dining experience.
项目位于沈阳嘉里城一层临街,场地拥有整面的开敞界面与较高的空间举架。我们并不希望它被塑造成一个“室内盒子”,而更像是一处被城市包裹的公共广场——开放、友好,带着生活的温度,同时具备足够的包容度,容纳不同节奏的人与场景。The project is located on the street level of Shenyang Kerry Centre, with a fully open frontage and generous ceiling height. Rather than shaping it as an enclosed interior box, we envisioned the space as an urban public plaza—open and approachable, carrying a sense of everyday warmth while remaining inclusive of diverse rhythms and scenes.
「欧洲村落」与平面布局
在平面布局上,我们从欧洲村落长期自然生长的建筑形态中汲取灵感。那些并非一次性规划完成的街区,在时间的叠加中,由建筑外缘勾勒出蜿蜒的街巷,在参差错落的体量之间,意外生成尺度各异的小型开放空间,并最终演变为充满活力的公共聚集场所。我们希望餐厅的平面同样如此——高密度却不压迫,在紧凑中保留呼吸感。The spatial layout draws inspiration from the organically evolved fabric of European villages. Formed over time rather than by a single plan, their winding streets and irregular volumes create small, varied open spaces that naturally become social nodes. We sought a similar logic here: a plan that is dense yet breathable, compact without feeling compressed.
材质与色彩
在空间的材质层面,我们刻意避免过度符号化的材料表达,而选择相对客观、中性的材质与色彩体系作为基础。
紫色被引入为空间的情绪主调,它并非装饰性的强调,而是一种打破西餐空间固有保守气质的介入方式,使空间在理性结构之上获得感性的张力。轻量化的基础建构,让整体氛围更加松弛,也为后续的视觉表达留出余地。
Materially, the design avoids overt symbolism in favor of neutral, objective finishes and a restrained color palette. Purple is introduced as the emotional tone of the space—not as decoration, but as a subtle intervention that softens the conservatism often associated with Western dining interiors, adding sensorial tension to an otherwise rational structure. A light architectural base further enhances the relaxed atmosphere and leaves room for visual expression.
墙面壁画成为空间中重要的感知媒介。它并不承担明确的叙事功能,而是通过尺度、色彩与抽象景观的方式,构建一种“意境化的自然”。这种延展性的背景,使餐厅的空间边界被视觉性地拉开,形成一种介于室内与想象之间的过渡状态。Large-scale murals act as a key perceptual layer within the space. Rather than conveying a specific narrative, they evoke an abstract sense of landscape through scale and color, forming an “atmospheric nature.” This visual extension blurs the spatial boundary, creating a transition between the interior and the realm of imagination.
软装与陈列
在软装与陈列上,我们强调与整体空间状态的呼应。材质的机理、自然的质感被延伸到家具与物件之中,使空间在细节层面保持一致性,让人在使用与停留中感受到完整而连贯的体验。Soft furnishings and displays are conceived as extensions of the overall spatial language. Material textures and natural qualities are carried into furniture and objects, ensuring coherence at a tactile level and offering a continuous, unified experience through use and occupation.
吧台与备餐柜被视作空间向外“表达”的界面。大量具有生活感的器皿与物件被直接陈列出来,无论是餐具还是产品,都成为空间的一部分。吧台连接开放式厨房,忙碌的操作过程被自然地呈现在人们面前,让制作成为展示,也让人与空间、与料理之间的距离被进一步拉近。The bar and prep counter serve as the space’s outward-facing interface. Everyday objects—tableware and products alike—are openly displayed, becoming part of the spatial expression. Connected to the open kitchen, the bar reveals the rhythms of preparation, turning process into presence and bringing people closer to the space and the food itself.
我们希望绿头鸭嘉里城店不是一间只为用餐而存在的餐厅,而是一处可以被感知、被反复停留的城市日常场所。在这里,料理、空间与人彼此交织,构成一种松弛却有力量的生活状态。Ultimately, the Kerry Centre location of Le Canard Bistro is not intended as a place solely for dining, but as a setting for everyday urban life. Here, food, space, and people intersect, forming a relaxed yet grounded state of living that invites return and lingering.
