澄澈的闲适·咸宁梓有集温泉别院丨中国咸宁丨启迪设计集团股份有限公司

2023年3月，我第一次走进咸宁梓有集温泉别院项目的建设用地。那时，这里是一片密林，长满了杂木，树都不高，但十分茂密，无处下脚，要在林木的缝隙间钻行。密林深处是一小面湖水，水面上盖满了细碎的浮萍。

In March 2023, I walked into the site of the Xianning Ziyouji Hot Spring Hotel project for the first time. At that time, it was a dense forest filled with miscellaneous trees. The trees were not tall, but very dense. I had to squeeze through the gaps between the trees. Deep in the forest was a small lake covered with fine duckweed.

湖北咸宁是温泉资源十分丰富的地区，项目附近勘探到了优质的温泉储藏。围绕所在地的自然风光和温泉资源，业主在这里打造了一个民宿集群，温泉别院就是集群当中的一个组团，负责为宿集中所有住客提供温泉和理疗服务，同时也兼具温泉主题的住宿功能。

Xianning, Hubei, is an area rich in hot spring resources, and high-quality hot spring deposits have been discovered near the project site. Leveraging the natural scenery and hot spring resources of the location, the owner has established a cluster of guesthouses here. The Hot Spring Hotel is one of the clusters, responsible for providing hot spring and therapeutic services to all guests in the accommodation complex, while also offering hot spring-themed accommodation.

设计之初，我们梳理了项目用地环境给我第一印象中所有的要素：包裹着一面湖水的杂木林，未来还会有咕咕的温热泉水从这块地面下冒出来，人们会在树林中、小湖边将自己浸泡在澄澈的温泉水中，感受被自然深度拥抱的松弛和清净。因此，设计的初衷就形成了：澄澈的闲适，是我们想通过建筑和环境给人传达的体验。

At the beginning of the design, we sorted out all the elements that gave me the first impression of the project site environment: a mixed forest surrounded by a small lake, and there will be warm and bubbling hot springs emerging from the ground. People will soak themselves in the clear hot spring water in the woods and by the small lake, feeling the relaxation and purity of being deeply embraced by nature. Therefore, the original intention of the design was formed: Pure Leisureliness, which is the experience we want to convey to people through architecture and environment.

建筑以低矮的一层体量在用地上水平展开。客房区的建筑相对分散，是一栋一栋的小建筑；温泉泡汤区的建筑是一个整体，但通过分散的坡屋顶把建筑体量打散为三条，与客房区散落的建筑屋顶形成连贯一致的肌理。低矮、分散的建筑体量，是为了尽可能多地保留人对原有自然元素的体验。

The buildings are horizontally spread out on the land with low and one-story volumes. The guest rooms are relatively scattered, consisting of small individual structures; the hot spring area is integrated, but the building volumes are fragmented into three through scattered sloping roofs, forming a coherent texture with the scattered roofs of the guest room area. The low and scattered building volumes are designed to preserve as much as possible the human experience of the original natural elements.

树木

Trees

建筑入口前是一片草坪，上面挺立了10棵高大的黑松。黑松的垂直挺拔线条，强调了入口界面，也衬托了建筑体量的低矮水平，表明了我们维持原有自然氛围的意图。

In front of the building entrance stands a stretch of lawn, adorned with 10 tall pines. The vertical and upright lines of the pines accentuate the entrance interface and contrast with the low and horizontal building volume, indicating our intention to maintain the original natural ambiance.

用地中的原生杂木，是闲适感最初的来源。室外泡汤区有20个隐藏在“野生感”很强的景观植物中的温泉泡池，我们力求给这片区域的景观设计，赋予场地中原生杂木林的自然松弛感。在公共泡汤区的室内，人们换上泳衣后走出更衣室，会来到一个大厅，通过此厅可以去往大泡池厅、私汤区、理疗区和餐厅。大厅中央是一个圆形露天庭院，四周用落地大玻璃封闭，庭院中有一棵铁冬青树，它选自于场地的原生树木。这棵树的存在，让建筑内部也充满了场地原生的自然气息，增强了泡汤体验的自然属性。

The native mixed trees in the land is the initial source of leisurely feeling. The outdoor hot spring area features 20 hot spring pools hidden among landscape plants with a strong “wild” feel. We strive to impart the natural relaxation of the native mixed wood forest in the site to the landscape design of this area. Inside the public hot spring area, after changing into a swimsuit, people will come out of the changing room and enter a lobby, which leads to the large pool hall, private hot spring area, treatment area, and restaurant. In the center of the lobby is a circular open-air courtyard enclosed by floor-to-ceiling glass. In the courtyard stands an iron holly tree, which is selected from the native trees of the site. The presence of this tree fills the interior of the building with the natural atmosphere of the site, enhancing the natural attribute of the hot spring experience.

湖水

Lake

户外泡池和建筑都沿湖岸展开。户外主要的大泡池都临近湖边，力求形成无边泡池的景观视线效果。在室内大泡池厅，朝向湖水方向是一面落地大玻璃，占据整个玻璃景观面的是公共大泡池。落地玻璃的外面，与湖岸之间，还有一个与室内泡池相似宽度的室外泡池，室内外两个泡池形成视线互动，通过户外泡汤活动，把湖岸景观更生动地带进室内。

The outdoor soaking pools and buildings are arranged along the lakeshore. The main outdoor large soaking pools are located near the lake, striving to create a landscape view effect of an endless soaking pool. In the indoor large soaking pool hall, there is a floor-to-ceiling glass wall facing the lake, and the entire glass landscape surface is occupied by the public large soaking pool. Outside the floor-to-ceiling glass wall, between the lake shore and the indoor soaking pool, there is an outdoor soaking pool with a similar width to the indoor soaking pool. The two soaking pools, both indoors and outdoors, form a visual interaction, bringing the lake shore landscape more vividly into the room through outdoor soaking activities.

客房区有三间大客房临湖而居，除了卧室和起居空间都朝向湖面打开之外，每间客房各自还有一个私属小岛伸进湖中，客房通过一座小桥与小岛连接。每座小岛上都有一个户外温泉泡池，为住客提供私属岛屿泡汤体验。人在小岛上泡汤，小岛“泡”在湖水中，这种被多重自然元素包裹的体验，就是我们所追求的“澄澈的闲适”。

There are three large guest rooms situated by the lake. In addition to the bedrooms and living spaces facing the lake, each guest room also boasts its own private island extending into the lake, connected to the main room via a small bridge. Each island is equipped with an outdoor hot spring pool, offering guests a private island soaking experience. People soak on the island, which “soaks” in the lake. This experience, surrounded by multiple natural elements, embodies our pursuit of Pure Leisureliness.

温泉

Hot Spring

在温泉和自然的包裹中，实现与自我的对话、与自然的对话，是“澄澈的闲适”的具体表现形式之一。在公共泡汤区，我们设计了6个供客人单独泡汤的私汤房间，我们在每个房间泡池边的落地玻璃外都设计了景观小院，小院尺度很小，只能装下屋檐下的一方小天地。人独自泡在温泉中，与院中这方小天地为伴，用澄澈的泉水洗轻身心的载荷，获得独处于天地之间的净与轻。

Being surrounded by hot springs and nature, engaging in dialogues with oneself and nature is one of the specific manifestations of Pure Leisureliness. In the public area, we have designed six private bathing rooms for guests to enjoy solitary bathing. Outside the floor-to-ceiling glass by the bathing pool in each room, we have designed a small landscaped courtyard. The courtyard is very small, only large enough to accommodate a small space under the eaves. When one bathes alone in the hot springs, accompanied by this small courtyard, they can wash away the burdens of the mind and body with the clear spring water, gaining purity and lightness in solitude.

在客房的温泉体验设计中，我们加入了趣味互动的元素，以泡汤活动为媒介，为不同户型设计了不同的互动体验。比如，在一种户型中，室外泡池与室内席地而坐的饮茶空间相临，二者之间仅有一扇玻璃移门相隔。移门关闭时，室内饮茶活动与室外泡汤活动可以通过视线互动，烘托一种淡雅闲适的氛围；移门打开时，室内饮茶和室外泡汤活动就可以通畅地相互转换，具有很特别的互动的乐趣。在另一种户型中，我们在室内泡池的上方设计了天窗。白天，在泡池中仰望，可以看到蓝天和白云；夜间，可以看到星空和月光。天窗通过一个视线隧道与室内空间连接，躺在泡池中，通过隧道长时间仰望天空，会有逐渐与天空拉进距离的奇妙体验，感觉空旷纯净，像是泡在云端，轻盈而舒适。

In guest rooms, we have incorporated elements of fun interaction, using the hot spring activity as a medium to design different interactive experiences for different rooms. For example, in one room, the outdoor hot spring pool is adjacent to the indoor tea-drinking space, which is located on the floor. Two spaces are separated by only a glass sliding door. When the sliding door is closed, the indoor tea-drinking activity and the outdoor hot spring activity can interact through sight, creating an elegant and leisurely atmosphere. When the sliding door is opened, the indoor and outdoor activities can be smoothly converted into each other, providing a very special interactive pleasure. In another room, we designed a skylight above the indoor hot spring pool. During the day, looking up from the pool, one can see the sky and clouds; at night, one can see the starry sky and moonlight. The sunlight is connected to the indoor space through a sight tunnel. Lying in the pool and looking up at the sky through the tunnel for a long time, one will have a wonderful experience of gradually getting closer to the sky, feeling spacious and pure, like soaking in the clouds, light and leisurely.

温泉别院的运营方是芷筑集团的青安（Chill Land）品牌，品牌名称中体现出的松弛感，正是我们想通过设计传达给建筑体验者的核心感受。现在，温泉别院已经建成运营半年时间，日常的运营反馈表明，我们的设计意图已经被游客和住客充分感受到，并且乐在其中。

The operator of the Hot Spring Hotelis the Chill Land brand of Samathea Group. Theleisurelinessfeeling embodied in the brand name is precisely the core feeling we want to convey to the architectural experience through design. Now, the hotelhas beenoperated for half a year. Our design intention has been fully felt by tourists and residents, and they enjoy it.
