一处两层、50多平米的空间,位于杭州小河直街34号。原先是我们的设计工作室,因中途发生一些变动,遂将此改为一个专注于径山茶与手作器物的展示体验空间。店内仅提供径山茶,色泽绿翠、香气清馥。每件器物皆为手作匠艺孤品。空间内不定期举行展览活动,旨在为同好之人提供交流与分享的平台。古径月的设计实践强调理性、可控与沉浸感。
This is a two-story space of approximately40 square meters, located at34 Xiahe Street, Hangzhou. It was originally our design studio, but has been transformed into a display and experience space focused onJing Mountain tea and handcrafted artifacts.The shop exclusively offersJing Mountain tea, known for its rich green hue and fragrant, refreshing aroma. Every artifact is aunique, one-of-a-kind artisan creation. The space occasionally hostsexhibition events, aiming to provide a platform for like-minded individuals to connect and share. 径月·古:理性设计下的跨界实践
Cross-border practice under rational design
古径有月,理念如河流淌。从手书的标识,到包装的落地,静默地延伸着品牌的思索与探究。
古径月不仅是空间设计实践,也是品牌的完整运营体系。品牌名称取自“古径”“月”,寓意小河之径与径山的串联,以及时间沉淀与自然节奏。标识设计由最初集字书法尝试,最终确定为主理人手书,体现空间气质与品牌精神。
More than just a design project, GuJing Yue functions as a fully integrated brand system. Its name fuses ‘Ancient Path’ and ‘Moon,’ metaphorically linking the canal’s path to Jing Mountain, signifying time’s profound accumulation and nature’s steady pulse. The brand identity, originally explored through collected calligraphy, found its final form in the owner’s own script, authentically expressing the venue’s unique essence and philosophical spirit.

周边产品设计、茶叶及线香包装延续空间理念:沉稳深色为主,搭配质感纸材和简约字体,体现“物有度、意有余温”的品牌理念。
Design for merchandise, tea, and incense packaging maintains the venue’s core concept: dominated by sober, dark hues, it employs quality textured paper and minimalist fonts to express the brand’s principle that “things have their measure, and their meaning endures”.

器物打包过程经过反复实验,材质、纸张、打包袋样式与折叠形式不断尝试,力求在保护器物的同时延续空间质感与品牌理念,让外在呈现与手作精神保持一致。
Even the procedure for wrapping artifacts was meticulously refined through extensive trials involving materials, paper, and folding methods. This effort ensures the pieces are protected while the packaging seamlessly extends the space’s texture and the integrity of the artisanal craft.

空间设计:有限面积的多维布局
Space Design: Multi-dimensional Layout with Limited Area
心神流动,无界之所。
动线循思而行,为茶与孤品。
古径月,以有限空间,定义茶与器物的沉浸氛围。
在设计初期,我们对原空间进行结构分析,明确茶饮区与器物展示区的功能分区。
Early in the design, we analyzed the existing structure to establish clear functional zoning for the tea service and display areas.

一层主要用于器物展示,确保光线均匀分布,突出物件细节;二层为茶饮客座区,采用半隔断布局,使访客在品茶时获得独立感与沉浸感。整体动线兼顾功能性与视觉秩序,使小空间呈现丰富层次。
The first level is dedicated to artifact exhibition, featuring uniformly distributed lighting to emphasize object details. The second level accommodates tea guests with a semi-partitioned design for independent and immersive tasting. The entire circulation path prioritizes both function and visual coherence, bringing depth and layering to the compact area.

材质选择:新旧交织的底色
Material selection: A blend of old and new colors as the base tone
深棕与暗红,构成空间基底。旧木与深色梁,保留时间痕迹。静默底色交织,斑驳肌理,深藏老街之温。
设计出发点是让空间与街区历史氛围和谐共生。墙面与地面选用斑驳肌理的微水泥,深棕咖色为主,辅以偏暗红色调。表面保留自然质感与微妙的不规则,形成沉稳背景,让光线与物件成为视觉核心。
The design aims to achieve a harmonious coexistence between the space and the historical atmosphere of the neighborhood. The walls and floors are made of textured micro-cement with a dark brown tone as the main color, complemented by a slightly darker red hue. The surface retains the natural texture and subtle irregularities, creating a stable background that makes the light and objects the visual focus.

铺装面使用收集的老木头,分断铺设,每块木头纹理、深浅、磨损痕迹各异。旧木与新构件相互呼应,形成层次感。顶部原建筑深色漆面梁柱被完整保留,如同时间沉淀的骨架,静默支撑空间,与朱红色门窗框形成色彩对比,强化焦点与方向感。
The paving surface uses collected old wood, which is laid in sections. Each piece of wood has different textures, depths, and wear marks. The old wood and new components complement each other, creating a sense of depth. The original building’s dark paint on the beams and columns at the top has been completely preserved, like a skeleton that has been aged over time, silently supporting the space and forming a color contrast with the red-tinted window frames, enhancing the focus and directionality.

这一处理体现“旧物新境”的理念,强调时间与手作的痕迹。
This approach reflects the principle of “New Context for the Aged”, highlighting the patina of time and the marks left by the handmade process.

光线与氛围:三分光的精确控制
Lighting and Atmosphere: Precise Control of Three-Point Lighting
三分幽光,只为茶汤留影。光影经由铜灯之手,精准裁剪,使心绪随之沉入,在暗处得见万物。光线采用“三分光”策略,既满足可视性,又在视觉上保留微妙幽暗,使每件器物和茶具在光影中获得应有存在感。
The lighting employs a “Three-Part Light” strategy, which both ensures visibility and visually retains a subtle dimness, allowing every artifact and tea set to achieve its deserved presence within the interplay of light and shadow.

自然光通过窗外遮挡和滤光处理,室内低照度铜质吊灯营造柔和均衡的光影。光线精确控制,使访客注意力集中于茶汤与器物,减弱对空间边界的感知,让有限面积产生延展感。
Natural light is managed through exterior shielding and filtering, while low-luminance copper pendant lamps create a soft, balanced light indoors. The light is precisely controlled to focus visitors’ attention on the tea and artifacts, diminishing the perception of spatial boundaries and making the limited area feel more expansive.

灯具位置、高度和亮度经过多轮调整,确保茶饮区与展示区光线层次分明,舒适且富有沉浸感。光影与材质交互,使老木纹理、微水泥斑驳感及器物细节得到丰富呈现。
The position, height, and brightness of the fixtures underwent multiple rounds of adjustment to ensure the tea service area and the display area have distinct, layered lighting that is both comfortable and immersive. The interplay of light and shadow with the materials richly reveals the texture of the old wood, the mottled finish of the micro-cement, and the fine details of the artifacts.

PART 5
家具与陈设:克制中的功能与质感
Furniture and Decoration: Functionality and Texture in Moderation
万物有度,不争不扰自成章。以材质的温润与功能,静映衬器物孤寂之美。
家具和陈设遵循“物有度”的原则。沙发使用出口外贸布料余料,兼顾舒适性与材质再利用,并在色彩上与墙面、木材协调。
The furniture and furnishings adhere to the principle of “everything holds its measure”. The sofas use surplus export fabric, balancing comfort with material reuse, and their colors coordinate with the walls and wood.

吧台采用仿古砖,与地面和墙面材质呼应,满足功能需求,同时保持整体质感。
The bar counter features antique-style tiles, echoing the materials of the floor and walls to meet functional needs while maintaining the overall aesthetic quality.

铜质仿古吊灯在提供照明的同时,通过材质反射和光影效果,强化空间温度感与层次感。家具与陈设布置经过模拟和实地测量,确保器物与软装陈设摆放符合视觉秩序与使用逻辑。
Providing both light and atmosphere, the copper pendant fixtures utilize material reflection and the interplay of light and shadow to deepen the sense of warmth and spatial dimension. All furniture and decor were positioned based on simulations and field measurements, guaranteeing the artifacts and soft decor are arranged according to visual coherence and usage logic.

茶与器物:专注呈现
Tea and Ware: Focusing on Presentation
径山一味,与孤品共话禅意。极致克制,感官纯粹,沉浸清馥之香与手作之境。
古径月仅提供径山茶,通过单一茶种聚焦体验,让访客感受到茶叶的清澈与香气。
By offering only Jing Mountain tea, Jingyue ensures a focused experience that highlights the tea’s purity and fragrance.

每件展示器物均为手作孤品,纹理与质感独特。空间与器物的互动强调沉浸感,减少干扰,让访客专注于感官体验。
All displayed vessels are one-of-a-kind artisanal creations, each possessing unique texture and detail. The space is designed for deep sensory immersion—minimizing interference to allow visitors to concentrate fully on the interaction between the tea and the artifacts.

斑驳微水泥、老木、深色梁柱与朱红木框形成新旧对比,光影与器物互动,使有限空间呈现多层次感。
The mottled micro-cement, old wood, dark beams, and vermilion wooden frames create a stark contrast between old and new. The interplay of light and shadow with the artifacts gives the limited space a multi-layered dimension.
